Save the date for a series of special partner throw workshops at Brasil Brasil Cultural Center with Instructora Dourada from UCA Berkeley next weekend! This is a great chance to learn the movements, as well as how to teach them. The workshops are open to all capoeira groups, and will feature approaches for intermediates as well as advanced. Dourada is a great teacher and acrobat – this is not to be missed!
Prices to come shortly. Funds from the workshops will cover her travel to LA. Anything beyond that will support Dourada’s chiropractic mission trip to Brazil.

Capoeira is for people of all ages and sizes. Young and old will find it a great way to exercise, have fun, and learn martial arts.
